Refund & Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at hello@heliumgoods.co. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return Process
- Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs.
- Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on where to send the item.
- We do not provide return shipping labels.
Damages & Issues
Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
Exchanges
To exchange an item, return the original product first. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund status. If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
